Design Formare was approached by Olympic Valley Mutual Water Company (formerly Squaw Valley Mutual Water Company) to revamp their outdated WordPress website, which had become cumbersome and challenging for users to navigate and admin’s to update. Our goal was to create a modern, mobile-responsive site that would enhance the customer experience for homeowners seeking information and services.

We simplified navigation, allowing users to easily access crucial updates, contact details, and, most importantly, pay their bills online with ease. Additionally, we integrated a smart contact form that automatically directs inquiries to the appropriate departments, improving service response times.
