The Shuler Group LLC

The Shuler Group, LLC is an organizational development consulting and training firm dedicated to helping organizations work better together tomorrow than they do today.

Through their consultants and partners, they focus on communication, leadership development, management training, and positive culture. Their flagship product, the Company Climate Inventory, is like a physical check-up for an organization, measuring leadership effectiveness, culture, employee engagement, job satisfaction, collaboration with coworkers, satisfaction with HR and benefits, and more.

Dawn Shuler, CEO of The Shuler Group, brings together what she calls the perfect Libra: a mix of strategy and tactics with a connection to creativity and something deeper.

Amy embarked on crafting a unique logo that held special significance to Dawn. The swirl of the “S” was important (representing art) and the Chakras and how with The Shuler Group’s work, they serve organizations at all levels, from physical to spiritual.

Amy worked with Dawn to create an informative WordPress website that effectively showcases The Shuler Group LLC’s services and expertise. The website integrates the logo and Dawn’s expertly crafted copy.  This collaborative effort resulted in a powerful online presence that effectively portrays The Shuler Group’s distinct identity and offerings.  Dawn expressed that diversity is extremely important to her, so Amy found the perfect video representation that appears in the home page hero to this day.

Fun Fact! Dawn and Amy started out as colleagues back in 2008 and became best friends very soon after…all thanks to the word “Wonky”.  Both have a passion for Dragons and so refer to each other as Dragon Sistahs.

Amy of Design Formare Inc. has designed several websites for us, including a membership site, a corporate site, and individual product sites. She has also designed logos and commissioned artwork. Everything Design Formare Inc. has created has been well beyond our expectations and has moved our business forward immensely. I truly believe we wouldn’t be where we are without Amy!
